Yoga and Ab work- 30 mins.
Metabolic Conditioning >watch video
1. Squat (pivot and press with dumbbell)
2. Deadlift (double dumbbell)
3. High Knees (jog in place)
4. Push and Pull (push-up with dumbbell pull)
5. Shuffle (side to side)
*Do this routine 5 times, 1 min. for each and 15 secs. rest between exercises
*This took me 30 mins.
My total workout time: 1 hr.
Friday-Bodyrock

1. 8 Jump Squat Punch Outs using a 15 lb. weight 30
2. 8 Sandbag Swing Lunge Twist using a 15 lb. weight 2
3. 4 Switch Push Ups 4 Tricep Pushups 2
4 8 Sandbag Sit Ups using a 15 lb. weight 30
*Repeat 3 times!
Time- 7:40-8:20 (40 mins)
Thursday- Yoga and Abs
1 hour yoga and abdominal work
Wednesday- Elliptical and Bodyrock
